Welcome to EazyGo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website www.EazyGo.live and our mobile application, EazyGo. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

EazyGo provides a platform that allows diagnostic centers and hospitals to easily share diagnostic radiology images. By simply dragging and dropping the images folder from the machine to any browser, patients and doctors can access diagnostic-quality images instantly from various locations, including at home, in clinics, on rounds, in the car, or even when out of the country. This service eliminates the need for printing images on laser printers, special MRI and CT scan films, writing MRIs on CDs, and sharing images through Google Drive or WhatsApp. Surgeons can view images on their iPads in ORs and use iPencils to measure and annotate images directly.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify EazyGo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which, as determined by us, may harm EazyGo or users of our services.
• Not impersonate or attempt to impersonate EazyGo, a EazyGo employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Not use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of our services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design, structure, and software of our services are the intellectual property of EazyGo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to post, upload, or otherwise submit content to our services. By doing so, you grant EazyGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazyGo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EazyGo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where EazyGo is headquartered.
